ETC Conditioned Air Supply (CAS) Systems are designed with the customer’s needs in mind. They can be tall and slender or short and wide and can be located indoors on a mezzanine or outdoors on the roof. Whatever your limitation, ETC can design accordingly.
ETC’s Conditioned Air Supply can utilize the customer’s facility steam boiler, hot water and chilled water systems eliminating electric heating and direct expansion refrigeration thereby reducing facility power consumption. ETC can also recirculate the excess intake air to reduce power consumption when testing under varying load conditions.
ETC’s controls system is a state-of-the-art, proprietary technology system for calculations, reporting and data collection. The application software package manages and maintains a database of UUT information including setpoints and profiles. The Allen Bradley PLC system is monitored by a PC in a supervisory fashion allowing real time control and safety interlocking of the test process as well as remote access for an ETC technician to troubleshoot or make tuning adjustments.
